RAFAEL OUVERNEY

Operation Officer - Pirineus

Rafael was born and raised in the Macaé de Cima region and has worked for many years as a ranger at the Pirineus Reserve. He is also continuing the work of his father, who worked all his life with the former owners of the reserve. He has a vast knowledge of the reserve, its trails, fauna and flora. He also often accompanies researchers and visitors on trails and experiments within the Pirineus area. 

Role at ARAÇÁ: Trail guide, buildings, trails and roads maintenance.
